The given project represents a service, which allows users to connect to the Internet by means of the Wi-Fi technology.

The given project has the following features:

1. Access to the Network can be gained using the Wi-Fi technology, as well as without it.
2. Connection to the Network can be established using a protocol, other than TCP/IP.
3. Connection to the Network is possible with the help of the developer’s software.

The given project is not intended for inflicting material losses on third parties. Using the software within the frame of the given project, the user realizes the fact of existence of specific rules which apply to the Wi-Fi access point he is connecting to.

The Wi-Fi access point is the property of third parties. When it is used in contravention of usage rules, material losses can be inflicted on its owners. Before using the access point, the user must become familiar with such rules.

In case when losses are inflicted on access point owners, as well as on other third parties by the user, the developer does not bear any responsibility for user’s actions, particularly for infliction of losses, due to the fact that the developer notified the user about the nature of users actions and possible consequences.

The project observes the following privacy conditions:

1. Information about the user and his payment details is confidential.
2. The user realizes, that decoded traffic can be traced by Internet service providers.
3. User’s traffic is not traced or saved by the developer.

Usage of this project implies exploitation of the developer’s software in accordance with the User Agreement. Usage of the software is not free, and it is paid for in accordance with tariffs, described in the User agreement. By accepting the conditions of the User agreement, the user enters into legal relationship with the developer, which are governed by the PC software rights protection laws. The user has the ability to pay for the software through online payment systems on his choice. In order to use the given software, the user has to register at the developer’s web site. During the registration the user inputs his username, as well as his e-mail address. It is very important that the user entered his own e-mail address in order to avoid usage of the service by third parties, which may get access to his username. When the registration is complete, there will appear a message confirming creation of the username. The username can be managed only in the closed area of the web site, which is seen only by registered users. In this area the user can download the software for his operation system, depending on program versions available.
